SUMMARY:9-Hole Sharon Junior Open
DESCRIPTION:The Developmental TOUR will be for players ages 8-13 as of July 31 who are relatively new to the game and would like to begin competing in individual tournaments. These will be 9-hole events held at separate locations and on separate days then our 18-hole and 36-hole events. Caddies and spectators will once again be permitted at these events. All players will tee off from forward tees ranging from 2200-2500 yards. Prizes will be separated into age divisions. Players who wish to graduate to the 18-hole Players TOUR can do so if deemed ready. \nCaddies and spectators are allowed. \nEach registration comes with range balls\, lunch\, and the ability to earn pro shop credit and trophies.

DESCRIPTION:FORMAT:\nThe format is a 36-hole stroke play event conducted over two days. Only PGA Members (50 and over) as defined by TR&R are eligible to enter. \nThe Legends Division will play a single 18-hole round on day one. \nREGISTRATION:\nThere are TWO SEPARATE ENTRIES: One to enter the section championship (Registration is conducted by the section office) and the other is to enter the qualifier for the PGA Senior Professional Championship (Registration is conducted by the PGA America National Office). Competitors can choose to enter the section championship\, the national qualifier or both. The champion’s name is engraved on The Raymond Harper Trophy.
