DESCRIPTION:PGA Members must register with the PGA of America National Office – see link in Tournament Information tab. Deadline to enter is September 19th. \nThe winner of this championship will be crowned the 2019 Connecticut Section Champion. \nFORMAT:\n36 holes of stroke play over two days. \nQUALIFYING SPOTS:\nThe low three (3) finishers will earn an exemption into the 2020 PGA Professional National Championship to be held in April at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin\, TX. \nPlease note that the 2019 Player of the Year will earn an exemption into the 2020 Professional National Championship. If the Player of the Year finishes in the top three the first alternate will earn an exemption. \nALTERNATES:\n(4) Four alternate positions will also be awarded.

DESCRIPTION:ELIGIBILITY: Section-affiliated PGA Members as defined herein Article IV. \nREGISTRATION: The field will be limited to 32 players based on the 2019 Player of the Year Points List. Any players that registers and is not on the points list will be entered into the event on a first come first serve basis. \nSEEDING:\nThe defending champion will receive the #1 seed. All other seeds will be determined by Player of the Year point standings. Participants that have no Player of the Year points will be entered on a first come first serve basis and seeded by blind draw.

DESCRIPTION:FORMAT:\n18 Hole Four-Ball Stroke Play Competition. \nELIGIBILITY:\nTeams shall consist of section-affiliated PGA Members as defined in Article IV\, Section I of the TR&R and eligibly employed PGA Associates (whose team partner must be a PGA Member as defined above). Competitors may choose their own partner\, however\, the top 20 on the Player of the Year points list as of 30 days prior to the tournament may not be on the same team. Anyone outside the top 20 may form a team with any other eligible Section PGA Professional. \nIn addition a PGA Member inside the Top 10 on the current POY points list is not permitted to play with a PGA Associate (Apprentice).
