The Players TOUR is designed for experienced players not quite ready to play from the back tees or who still need to develop some of their skills. These players will have had prior tournament experience either from the high school level, Junior TOUR, PGA Junior League or other organized golf. These will be 18-hole contests with the boys playing from about 6000-6200 yards and the girls playing from the forward tees. Players will have the opportunity to advance to the Champions TOUR at any point if they meet set criteria. There will be a separate player of the year race for this level.

-Players can advance to the Champions TOUR by having two rounds below 80 for boys and 95 for girls.

-Players do not have to advance if they don’t want to

-Players will be required to send in PGA Professional Certification form
